Introduction
The magnetic rods are newly “reinvented” rods that have been specifically designed and built by the team at YYMAG. It has a magnetic power of between 6,500 and 12,000 Gauss and can achieves a maximum power of 12,000 Gauss. The rods are made from high grade neodymium with single section mechanical structures and no moving parts. All rods have exceptional wear resistance which is more than double industry standard and which contributes to long-lasting efficiency.

The construction systems of this type of magnet features a high degree of resistance to corrosion and wear. This filtering system does not consume energy and is easy to clean

Format
These types of bars are made in stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316).
We have standard diameters: Ø25 – Ø25.4 – Ø32, but depending on where it will be used, we can produce bars in any diameters needed. Also, the length of the bars can be according to customer requirements.. The ends of the bars can have screw holes of M8 or M12 sizes at one or both ends, although the ends can also be sealed and flat, or made to customer requirements.
Maximum working temperature
They withstand an 80ºC working temperature, although to order, we can supply systems which stand up to 150ºC.

Packaging
1. Use a solid packing case with a full cover on six sides;
2. The goods must be well packed to ensure that no part is exposed;
3. After packing the box, give it a little shake. When shaking, the contents of the box should not be moved;
4. The carton size on either side shall not exceed 63.5 cm unless the size of the item sold per unit is already in excess of 63.5 cm(For Amazon Seller);
5. The carton packing weight shall not exceed 22.5 kg(50 lb). If the weight of goods sold per unit is more than 22.5 kg(50 lb), a "Team Lift" label shall be posted on the carton. (For Amazon Seller);
6. "Made In China" must be pasted on the outer packing.
