About Compression Bonded Magnets

  • Compression bonded magnets are isotropic and have the advantage to more advanced shapes compared to sintered magnets. Due to lower density and that they are Isotropic the magnetic properties are lower in comparison with sintered NdFeb. The magnet needs to be quoted with a layer of black or grey epoxy coating,parylene coating to protect them against corrosion.

1: Higher magnetic strength than injection molded magnet.

2: High corrosion resistance (Epoxy coating, parylene coating) and temperature resistance, the salt spray teasting >72 hours

3: Magnetizing with complex patterns (Multi-poles on OD, ID, end face (axial), radial, helical magnetization......)

4: Higher magnetic property (Br: 3500-8000G, BHmax: 3-12MGOe, Hcj: 4000-17000 Oe
