Ferrite round base pot magnets :
Pot magnets are constituted by permanent magnets such as neodymium magnets, ferrite magnets, and other parts like metal, rubber, plastic. The magnet is encased in a steel case with one face not enclosed. Because the steel case can guide the magnetic circuit so The magnets and the steel case can get a big holding force than the magnets,
Pot magnets have many advantages and can be supplied with a tapped hole, a countersunk hole, a counter-bored hole, a threaded stud or a threaded collar all for convenient mounting. They can also be supplied with hooks and eyebolt attachments, ideal for hanging a variety of items.
The countersunk mounting pot magnet /shallow pot magnet is a ferromagnetic steel cup into which is inserted a countersunk ring magnet. There is a hole all the way through the countersunk mounting pot magnet / shallow pot magnet. This allows a screw head to be inserted into any material of your choice to give a good mechanical hold. Take care not to over tighten the screw to prevent breaking the magnet material (which is brittle in nature)

Packaging
a. Plastic separation will be put between magnets, then customer could be easily separate.
b. Batch magnets will be put in small white box.
c. 8 white carton boxes(120x80x55mm) will be put in a carton (355x280x160mm).Foam form will be put between white boxes to avoid broken during shipment.
d. If shipping by express or by air,will put iron sheet between foam and external carton to shield the magnetic field.
e. More than 10 cartons will be packed to pallet, specially for shipment by sea.

(1) Express:We cooperate with courier companies (DHL,TNT,Fedex and so on) for many years,and signed agreement with them to get big discount from them. For order below 45kgs,we usually suggest customer choose courier delivery door to door.
(2) Air shippment is suitable for order more than 45kgs.
(3) Sea shippment is suitable for goods more than 100 kgs.
